SJC Cares Consortium Meeting

Join us for our monthly consortium meeting with all system of care partners. This month our system of focus is Department of Child Services. This meeting is in-person at Oaklawn’s Community Education Center, located in the building to the north of Oaklawn’s South Bend campus. If coming from the South, go past the main campus’s entrance and turn left at the stop sign (Niles & Cedar St.) and park in the parking lot. You will see signs for the education center. If coming south, you will turn right at the stop sign into parking lot.
