Navigating a Mental Health Crisis

What is a Crisis?

A crisis is any circumstance where a parent, guardian or child feels overwhelmed and it affects their ability to cope. It may impact their day-to-day function and exhaust existing coping skills or resources. These crisis situations can be different for each and every person; from thoughts of self-harm to anxiety and depression.
