There’s so many excellent resources to help you on your Quit Journey, it can feel almost overwhelming. Here are some of our curated resources to check into first:

myStrength: Available to staff, clients and community members, myStrength offers evidence-based, 24-hour support through its Nicotine Recovery focus modules. Learn about nicotine and its effects, consider your motivation and ability to quit (including how to learn from past attempts) and get inspired to quit for good! Oaklawn clients should ask their provider for a unique login code; non-clients can sign up here

Your employer/health plan: Many health plans and employee assistance programs offer free cessation and free over-the-counter or prescription medication to treat tobacco dependence. You can check your options and 

Indiana Tobacco Quitline: This state helpline offers free coaching, text support, free nicotine replacement therapy for eligible participants and a personalized Quit Plan book. To enroll, call 1-800-QUIT-NOW (784-8869).

(Michigan residents can contact the Michigan Tobacco Quitline at the same number: 1-800-QUIT-NOW.)
