What do you look forward to each day at work?

I look forward to the fact that there is a routine to my work day while at the same time providing new challenges and opportunities to learn.

What’s a memorable or rewarding experience you’ve had on the job?

Every time I work with a client who starts to feel improvement with their symptoms. Watching someone who was struggling so much start to feel better is incredibly rewarding.

What makes Oaklawn unique compared to other workplaces?

There is longevity in the staff. Employees know each other and our clients so well after years of working together.

What are some ways you feel supported at Oaklawn?

First and foremost by my supervisor. She always has my back. There is never a shortage of support if you need help or celebration for your wins.
