April 2024 Education Event – Unmasking Psychosis: How to Identify, Interact and Intervene for Best Outcomes

So much progress has been made to decrease the stigma of mental health issues – but there’s one area where it persists: psychosis. Despite the myths and misunderstandings around psychosis, it’s common – with 3 in 100 people experiencing it in their lifetime. Join us for this one-day event where we’ll learn more about the experience of psychosis, how to effectively engage with people in psychosis and how early detection and intervention promote the best possible outcomes.

This will be a two-day event taking place on Thursday, April 11 and repeated Friday, April 12 from 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (pick which day works best for you!)

This event is sponsored by Oaklawn’s First Episode Psychosis Program, Insight, and is offered at a reduced rate of $15.00 per person. Registration includes lunch, snacks and 5 Category 1 CEUs.
