Recovery Coach Training

Are you living in recovery and interested in becoming trained as an addiction peer recovery coach
so you can support others? Oaklawn will be hosting a peer recovery coach trainings this year in November. These training allow you to be eligible to obtain the CAPRC credentials through ICAADA. The CAPRC credentials are for those who are in personal lived experience of recovery from substance use, mental health, co-occurring disorders who wish to provide recovery support to those seeking/in recovery from substance use issues.
This training takes place over 5 days with a 2 day ethics course to follow. Times are 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. each day with an hour break for lunch, and are conducted via Zoom.

- CCAR Recovery Coach Academy
- 4th-6th and 12th-13th Peer Recovery Ethics course: 19th-20th
