Postponed: Mental Health Breakfast: Extending community health with myStrength

Postponed: Join Adam Hartman, MSW, LCSW, Team Leader of Child and Adolescent Clinical Services at Oaklawn’s Goshen campus, for “Extending community health with myStrength.”

This year, Oaklawn and Goshen Health teamed up to provide the community with this free, evidence-based treatment extender. With a mobile application and web-based tools, myStrength provides personalized, confidential support for a range of physical and mental health topics, drawing on evidence-based practices. In addition to providing 24-hour support, myStrength can help members track progress, broaden their understanding and knowledge of their unique health challenges and practice healthy habits.

Learning Objectives:

During this 1.5 hour training, you will learn:

  • What myStrength is and what it has to offer
  • How it could possibly benefit the people you work with and
  • How to help others set up an account and to access content in myStrength

Schedule:

  • 7:40-8 a.m.: Breakfast
  • 8-9:15 a.m.: Presentation
  • 9:15-9:30 a.m.: Q&A

1.0   CEU and free breakfast is provided.

Training is free, but registration is required.
